Please join us on May 17, 2025 at 2:30 pm for the dedication of our historical marker honoring the life of our founding father, Rev. Dr. William A. Passavant.  Rev. Passavant founded Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church in 1858 and served the church until 1879.  Rev. Passavant was a true visionary founding many churches, orphanages, and hospitals not only in Western Pennsylvania, but also in New York, Illinois, and Wisconsin.  Help us celebrate not only Rev. Passavant’s life, but also the life of Christ Lutheran Church.
